Rafiki-SDO in partnership with PACT implement the USAID Adolescents and Children HIV Incidence Reduction, Empowerment and Virus Elimination project (ACHIEVE) from 2021 to 2024. The scope of the project will be 19 wards from Bunda District Council and 26 wards from Rorya District Council. The project is funded by PEPFER/USAID.
GOAL: To deliver high quality OVC services to OVC in Musoma Municipal Council, Bunda District Council, Bunda Town Council, Rorya District Council and Serengeti District Council.
TARGET POPULATION:
1. Children ( CLHIV)
2. Young people (ALHIV)
3. Breast-feeding women affected by HIV.
4. OVC aged 0 to 18 years and their care givers.
